Unique in Austria: Romanian Orthodox Church in Knittelfeld soon be a real showpiece
Photos: Heinz Waldhuber - A unique showpiece church is emerging: The assumed by the Romanian Orthodox Church Knittelfelder years ago by the same Capuchin church in the heart of the railway town is currently undergoing its new configuration. Over 1,300 square feet of wall surface painting have been in the past two years in traditional iconographic designed ornate and colorful with religious themes of the Romanian Orthodoxy in the coming months, the church is - the only one of its kind in Styria - received its finishing touches.
